Well, Christmas Day has come and gone. Hopefully, it was terrific for everyone and no one forgot its true meaning!
So, how tired are you??? You may not really be exhausted, just sluggish from all the food and drink and late hours and crazy schedules and for those of you who did any air travel, you are probably also dealing with jet lag, in addition.
Well, if you feel like this…..
The best thing you can do to get back to your normal, productive, busy self is to get right back on track….good night’s sleep, three healthy meals and three healthy snacks per day, a little exercise, and baby steps back to normal. You will get there, and probably just in time for the big New Year’s Eve party!!!!! While you are there….remember how hard it was to get back from this exhausted feeling, and opt to deal with it all over again or be good to yourself!!!!!
